Terms & Conditions

  • We are not responsible for any accidents or incidental damages.
  •  Estimates are approximate prices- your final cost may vary by up to 10%.
  •  We recommend you stay in the area after your service to ensure everything is working to your satisfaction.
  • Payment in full is expected upon completion.
  • Customers are not allowed in the service area, unless requested by the Service Department.
  •  There is a customer lounge as well as a pet area
  •  Lead batteries should be properly secured, enclosed and vented.
  •  We are not responsible for damage involving tilt mounts.
  •  All repair claims must receive prior approval from Discount Solar.
  •  Items placed in locations specified by the customer (not recommended by our technicians) may not be covered by our labor warranty.
  •  If a customer request Lithium Batteries or other electronics to be installed in some place other than a dry location, water damage is not covered under warranty.
  • If you change any passwords, write them down.  Password resets can be difficult and costly.
  • The amount of power this system provides daily is variable and determined by many factors, including weather and location. Occasional maintenance is required.

 

Warranty:

  • Our labor warranty is 90 days on products purchased from Discount Solar.
  • Warranty on parts is typically longer and provided by the manufacturer.
  • Please Note we cannot provide a warranty service or offer tech support on parts purchased elsewhere.
  • No warranty for merchantability or fitness for particular use.
  • Improper use, negligence, abuse or failure to maintain your electrical system may cause problems not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty void if system is altered in any way by unauthorized persons or without prior consent by Discount Solar

To receive Tech Support:

Free lifetime tech support is included when we install parts purchased from Discount Solar.  Our store is seasonal. Tech support is available by phone all summer. If you call the store, 928-927-4551, during the summer when the store is closed a “Summer Tech Support” number will be given.
